If you wish to book of a holiday home, our operators will send you a Booking form by email. Within the next 3 days you can confirm your reservation by sending us:
– the reservation form duly filled out and signed;
– a copy of your ID card;
– a copy of the receipt of the deposit payment, which is 30% of the total rental price of your stay.
Once the payment is received, we will send you a voucher confirming the reservation by e-mail.
The remaining 70% to be paid, as the balance of the rental price, is due 30 days before the arrival date. For bookings made in less than 30 days before the holiday date, the client must proceed to pay the whole amount of the cost.

Payments can be made:
– by bank transfer to the IBAN number that we will notify you, along with all other bank details, via email;
– by Paypal, with a surcharge of 3.5 percent of the total booking amount.

A security deposit of € 200,00 is requested. The amount is paid in cash on arrival. The security deposit covers the costs of eventual damages or breakage to the building caused by the client. It will be refunded on departure, net of any eventual damage caused. If the damages exceed the amount o the deposit the client will accept to pay any added cost requested.

The client who signs the reservation form is responsible for the proper and decent behavior of the hosted group/family. Only those persons named on the reservation form may access and use the property. House furnishings are not to be moved or rearranged. The property will be provided clean and complete with bed, bath and kitchen linens. Dishes necessary for the number of people to be accommodated will be provided. At the end of the stay, the house is to be left in good condition, garbage will be deposited in the designated containers, kitchen dishes are to be cleaned, and the refrigerator is to be left empty.

In case of cancellation of the reservation by the customer, the customer will be retained the amount listed below:
– 30% of the total amount of the stay for cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival;
– 100% of the total amount of the stay for cancellations made from 29 days before arrival.
The cancellation of the reservation must be sent in writing. “Casale degli Olmi” does not offer cancellation insurance, so it is highly recommended that you take out insurance to cover the cost of your stay, in case circumstances arise that may prevent you from enjoying it.

Any complaints must be made during the stay. Complaints made later will not be considered. Leaving the property, without permission from the owner, will forfeit any right to any refunds.

During the booking procedure some information regarding the guests will be asked and used (by electronic means ) exclusively to provide requested services (e.g. emission vouchers, invoices, etc).
The information will be stored on our servers, to which only we and any maintenance technicians have access. Guests have the right to know their data in our possession and to exercise the various rights related to their use (rectification, updating, deletion, etc.) defined by art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 within the limits and under the conditions provided for in articles 8, 9 and 10 of the aforementioned legislative decree. An opposition of the guest to the processing of his data, will not allow us to provide the service.
